Individual Pilates Sessions: $180 for 3 sessions. This includes the book “Body Awakening – Balance your body, mind & spirit with PILATES and an active lifestyle, a personalized program. Sessions after that cost $60/hour.

Pilates-Yoga-Wellbeing’s online nutrition program is a great tool if you are looking to lose weight, gain control of your eating habits or to supplement your visits with the nutritionist.
