MONDAYS 9.15 – 10.15am
Dates: 16/7, 23/7, 30/7, 6/8, 13/8, 20/8, 27/8, 3/9, 10/9, 17/9 (10 weeks)
Class Time: 9.15 – 10.15am
Where: Surf coast Shire Facility (Surfcoast Highway). This class are held in the Gail Couper Room)
Class Description: This class will incorporate Pilates & Yoga Moves in a flowing style. The moves are slow and controlled and options will also be given. The class is suitable for Beginners (older adults as well as younger) to Intermediate (options will be given).
What to bring: A Yoga Mat (you will get one in the membership if this is what you choose), perhaps a towel, a drink bottle, wear comfortable clothing (no shoes needed), a smile.

Dates: 9/7, 16/7, 23/7, 30/7, 27/8, 3/9, 10/9, 17/9, 24/9, 1/10 (10 weeks)
Class Time: 7 – 8pm
Where: Surf coast Shire Facility (Surfcoast Highway). This class are held in the Gail Couper Room)
Class Description: This class incorporate Pilates moves which are strengthening & also Yoga moves both moves that will increase strength and moves that improve your flexibility. The Pilates circle, resistance band, ball or Gymstick may be used in this class.
What to bring: A Yoga Mat (you will get one in the membership if this is what you choose), perhaps a towel, a drink bottle, wear comfortable clothing (no shoes needed), a smile.
TUESDAYS
Dates: 3/7, 10/7, 17/7, 24/7, 31/7, 28/8, 4/9, 11/9, 18/9, 25/9 (10 weeks)
Class Time: 7.15 – 8.15pm
Where: Aireys Inlet Community Hall (near the tennis courts)
Class Description: This class will incorporate Pilates & Yoga Moves in a flowing style. The moves are slow and controlled and options will also be given. The class is suitable for Beginners (older adults as well as younger) to Intermediate (options will be given).
What to bring: A Yoga Mat, perhaps a towel, a drink bottle, wear comfortable clothing (no shoes needed), a smile.
WEDNESDAYS 9.15 – 10.15am
Dates: 18/7, 25/7, 1/8, 8/8, 15/8, 22/8, 29/8, 5/9, 12/9, 19/9 ( 10 Weeks)

Class Description: 9.15am class – this class will incorporate Pilates/Yoga moves using the Big Exercise. The class is suitable for Beginners to Intermediate (there will also be advanced options given).
What to bring: You will need to bring a good quality Big Exercise Ball for the 9.15am class (the right size for you). You will also need to bring a Yoga Mat for both the 9.15am ,perhaps a towel, a drink bottle, wear comfortable clothing (no shoes needed), a smile

Class Description: The 7pm class incorporate Pilates moves which are strengthening & also Yoga moves both moves that will increase strength and moves that improve your flexibility. This is a great class to do if you want to improve core strength as well as flexibility.
What to bring: You will need to bring a Yoga Mat, perhaps a towel, a drink bottle, wear comfortable clothing (no shoes needed), a smile
THURSDAYS 6.30 – 7.30am
Dates: 19/7, 26/7, 2/8, 30/8, 6/9, 13/9, 20/9, 27/9 (8 Weeks)
Class Time: 6.30 – 7.30am
Where: This class is held at the Surf coast Shire Facility (Surfcoast Highway) – in the Gail Couper Room.
Class Description: This class combines Pilates (functional core & strength moves) & some cardio moves in a station style class. The class will finish off with some Yoga/Stretching. You can work at your own level – it caters for both Beginner and Advanced participants. This is a great class to do if you want to improve core strength, cardio as well as flexibility.
What to bring: You will need to bring a Yoga Mat, perhaps a towel, a drink bottle, wear comfortable clothing & good shoes, a smile.
